TheseTerms and Conditions bind the Participant and SENIOR & CIE, whoisresponsible for the Operation and publisher of the Site.

The Site ismanaged by SUDE COMMUNICATION, provider of SENIOR & CIE, also in charge of the delivery of the aforementioned Premiums. The Participant can contact the Customer Service using the contact formavailable in the "Contact Us" section of the Site.

Article 3 - Request for the Award

Article 4 - Delivery

4.1. Place of delivery
Premiums are delivered to the shipping addressindicated by the Participant at the time of hisrequest to participate. Premiums are deliveredonly in the territory of Metropolitan France and Corsica, excluding DOM-TOM.

4.2. Delivery time
The maximum delivery time from the validation of the orderiseight (8) weeks.

4.3. Terms of delivery
Deliveries are made by La Poste.

The Operation and relations between the Participant and SENIOR & CIE are subject to French law. The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution to any dispute that relates to the interpretation or execution of theseTerms, by entering the Customer Service.
